He founded and developed Plant Culture business in 1998, having grownit from its initial establishment as a Landscaping company to that of a prominent supplier and respected business owner in the green industry.
Starting the nursery was a result in growing his own material for use in specific Landscape designs, where high quality material was required and not generally availble. He now proudly holds an ongoing stock of more than 200 varieties and 40 000 trees & plants. Scott holds a diploma in Landscape technology together with bridging subjects in Horticulture. Having worked on the South African Landscaping Institute (SALI) committee for a few years and holding the position of Chairman (2010) for the Cape Green Forum (CGF), he is well known within the green industry.
His experience in the field has taken him through a number of landscaping and construction developments, having worked with and for some of the largest companies in South Africa:

With this vast experience and network of people in the industry Scott enjoys sharing and passing on advice where he can. His passion for Landscaping and nature is unmistakably evident in the way he gets energized while working with plants and how best to utilize them.
